I am in the second day of my third week.. and I can say: “everything is different”….people…way of work…mentality. I can’t really say if it’s better than HP or not, it’s only different. However that may be I have a good feeling for the moment, and I hope it goes better the coming weeks.

We are around 23 or 24 at the moment, most of my colleagues are from different countries. My team lead “Doug” from England, I have one Irish girl on my right, one German guy on my left…and my mentor “Andres” is from
Buenos Aires. It’s funny to work in such conditions, but it’s also very hard, even if everybody speaks English, it’s not really the same accent
Like a French guy from Marseille and a French guy from Lille! I guess I will be use to it in a while, at least I understand the ones who are besides me! I don’t know much about my training program for the next weeks, I have heard that I may go to Costa Mesa (in Us) for few weeks to receive a course about the FileNet products (www.filenet.com).

I will reserve a page about my trip and my training later on.For the moment, as far as i can tell, their job is complicated and i am bloody confused, but my colleagues are very helpful (Alex, Niamh, Fredo, Doug vive la France).
